Hi! I'm Aliceson, I'm a mother of 3 and I'm a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in Strength Training, Weight Loss, and Personal Growth.
Growing up I've always been involved in physical activities. I've participated in dance, cheer, soccer, basketball, softball, and tennis teams. For most of my life, I've been slim, weighing around 113lbs up until I became pregnant. I gained over 80lbs, even after pregnancy. I knew I needed to change so I could be around for my family as long as possible.
I began my journey by being more thoughtful of the food I would consume and creating a fitness schedule that fits me. Although it's hard juggling a healthy lifestyle and everyday tasks, I pushed through. Not only did I become disciplined in my eating and workout routine, I lost over 40lbs in 1 year! I look forward to new accomplishments.
